Lead and rhythm electric guitars

George Skelly is a guitarist, keyboardist, songwriter and singer based in New England. He first picked up the guitar at 14 and began gigging during high school, later focusing on jazz fusion through college.

 

Previously named Unsigned Artist of the Month by Keyboard Magazine, G has since explored a wide range of sounds, from his early fusion roots to his current mix of electronic music with spoken-style lyrics and folksy songwriting. G is finishing recording his forthcoming eclectic album at Wellspring Music, Acton MA, with his lead-off single "Don't Funk This Up" to be released April/May 2026. When he’s not writing or recording, he performs with several regional bands, including The Legendary House Red Band & Modeling Agency (a Berklee School of Music-alumni GB cover/dance band), The Roadworn Ramblers, and of course Snow Crow, playing across Massachusetts, Vermont, and throughout New England.
